“Sweat the Small Stuff.”

Kollmann’s visits are always popular and once again, the room for his presentation was packed. The tone and energy were high when Kollmann ran in to the AC/DC song Thunderstruck, and students were quickly on their feet trying to snag one of the #��������Blue hats he tossed out as he moved through the crowd.

Once settled in, all eyes and ears were on Kollmann and his message was strong and clear:  �������� students are the future of chiropractic and healthcare, and with hard work and determination, today’s students can truly create their own success story. 

Kollmann attributed his successes to not luck, but the willingness to take the opportunities as they arose. He encouraged students to do the same. “Sweat the small stuff,” Kollmann said. “Practice, practice, practice. Get into the anatomy lab as often as you can. Take every opportunity that the College offers, you never know when you are going to need that knowledge.”

�������� academics were tough for him, Kollmann admits; still, he credits the rigor of the Doctor of Chiropractic program for both his current success as well as his overall commitment to excellence. Kollmann celebrates his professional victories as a win for the industry and credits the College and its faculty for giving him the foundation to succeed.

Kollmann shared many pearls of clinical sports medicine wisdom he’s learned along the way, including the importance of being a team player and the power of collaboration. “Elevate each other,” Kollmann said to �������� students. “We’re all a team. You are the future and opportunities are just getting better.”
